「Wasabi 芥末明蝦球」

材料:-
海蝦....................8隻
雞蛋白................1隻
生粉/太白粉........1/2杯
蛋黃醬.................3湯匙
靑芥末.................1茶匙
練乳....................1/2茶匙
鹽........................1/4茶匙
白胡椒粉.............1/4茶匙
已烤黑芝麻.........少許
蔥花....................少許

做法:-
1. 海蝦去殼去腸,然後加入鹽、白胡椒粉、雞蛋白拌勻,醃20分鐘備用。
2. 將蛋黃醬、靑芥末和練乳混合成靑芥末醬汁備用。
3. 把海蝦裹上生粉/太白粉,然後下熱油鍋半煎炸熟拿出上碟。
4. 最後下靑芥末醬汁、已烤黑芝麻和蔥花在蝦球表面便可。
